Designed by Casson Mann, in collaboration with architects Atelier Phileas, Pressoria is a sensory, poetic and engaging visitor experience, which tells the story of champagne and its unique production in this region of France.

“Pressoria is a testament to the success of collaborative relationships in which, client, architect and experiential design work together to honour the authenticity of subject and place, as well as the curiosity and imagination of the visitor. We worked closely with our client, CCGVM, and architectural practice, Atelier Phileas, to restore the historic Pommery pressoir building, creating a contemporary exhibition that is truly authentic to its terroir and that celebrates the relationship between the building and its surrounding vineyards.”
