As part of the virtual International Museum Construction Conference 2020, Casson Mann director, Craig Riley, and Chef de Projet, Solenne Livolsi, gave a talk on lessons learned working on Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie in Lyon, France. They discussed how a French client learned to trust a British love of food, establishing common understandings on international projects and making risks pay off.
