Designed by Casson Mann, Cité International de la Gastronomie de Lyon celebrates Lyon’s famous food culture. Located in Lyon’s newly restored Grand Hotel-Dieu, a former hospital, the permanent visitor experience explores the relationship between eating and wellbeing at the heart of French gastronomy and Lyonnaise sensibility.
It firmly roots Lyon as a gastronomical cultural centre with the aim of inspiring local and international visitors.
