“More than a museum, the sensory interpretation center of Champagne wines which has just opened its doors in Aÿ, in the Marne, is an immersive experience that invites the five senses.”

Read more here.

"At the foot of the historic vineyard and  classified as a Unesco heritage site in the town of Aÿ-Champagne, in the Marne, Pressoria has set up in a former pressing center of Maison Pommery. A prestigious setting for a new generation museum, which opened its doors on July 2. Here you can touch, observe, smell and even taste. A sensory journey to learn all about the most famous and prestigious of bubble drinks."

"It's a digital and fun experience, it dusts off the museum a bit, it's a new way of visiting"

Victor Canchon, Pressoria Site Manager
