Pressoria, a poetic and engaging visitor experience telling the story of champagne, has been shortlisted for the Creative Initiatives award of the Terre de Vins Trophées de l’Œnotourisme 2022. The award recognises excellence in French wine tourism. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on 23rd May at the Cité du Vin in Bordeaux.

In Pressoria, Casson Mann have created an innovative scenographic journey through champagne where visitors “unlock the secrets hidden within every flute”. With each sip, they come to enjoy an exciting mixture of elemental ingredients, geological forces, and cultural practices. The experience is housed within the former pressing centre of the Maison Pommery, at the foot of the historic slopes of Aÿ-Champagne.
