Pressoria, our sensory interpretation centre on champagne, has won an award at the Rubans du Patrimoine 2022! This national French competition rewards municipalities or inter-municipal structures that have rehabilitated and enhanced their built heritage.

For the first time in the history of the competition, two national prizes have been given to projects in the Marne department: Pressoria in Aÿ-Champagne, and the Champagne wine and regional archeology museum in Epernay. The organisers called this "an unprecedented situation which makes these prizes all the more exceptional."

The Heritage Ribbons have been organized since 1995 by the French Building Federation, the Heritage Foundation and the Association of French Mayors and Presidents of Intermunicipal Communities, the Caisses d'Epargne and the French Grouping of Historical Monument Restoration Companies. The award ceremony will take place in the presence of the mayors of Épernay and Aÿ during the International Cultural Heritage Fair, at the Carroussel du Louvre in October.
