Cité International de la Gastronomie celebrates Lyon’s famous food culture. Located in Lyon’s newly restored Grand Hotel-Dieu, a former hospital, it explores the relationship between eating and wellbeing at the heart of French gastronomy and Lyonnaise sensibility.
