Casson Mann transformed the temporary galleries at the V&A into grand, opulent and dramatic spaces for this exhibition celebrating the golden age of the ocean liner, open between February and June, 2018. Visitors are taken on a voyage. They start the experience dockside and walk up the gangplank to board the ship. They explore the ship’s public spaces, go below deck into the engine rooms, wander pool-side, looking out to sea and, finally, enjoy an evening under the stars.
